Our satisfaction guarantee

We allow a 21-day inspection period for our products. If you are unhappy with our Pedal Force products in any way, simply return them to us in original condition within 21 days after receiving your order and we will refund your money. We are so confident you will be satisfied with your order that we will even refund your shipping (for the delivery to you) should you decide to return it. Refund of shipping is valid for US addresses only.  This return policy does NOT apply to all groupbuy purchases. All non-Pedal Force branded components returned has to be done within 10 days and are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. 

Cost of shipping and handling

All US addresses will be shipped to via Fedex Ground unless a special request is made for an alternative courier service. Delivery time is usually between 4 to 5 days.
All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) air parcel service or DHL. Depending on destination, door-to-door delivery usually takes between 4 to 7 days by DHL, and between 10 to 28 days by USPS. For international shipments, tracking numbers are only available for DHL courier service. Tracking numbers will not be available for USPS delivery.

We fully inspect our parts before dispatching the order and are not responsible for any damage caused during shipment.
