The most advanced drivetrain is 100 % performance focused and truly revolutionary thanks to the HYPERGLIDE+ technology. The smooth shifting of the ULTEGRA R8100 12-speed cassettes lets you climb, sprint or roll along without having to think about the next change of speed. Larger teeth maximise drive efficiency and are at the same time compatible with existing 11-speed freewheels. The cassette is available in two versions: 11-30T and 11-34T.

Because of its low profile and single tension construction, the derailleur does not hit the chain stay in rough riding conditions. The result is smooth and silent performance.
Dual-Pivot Caliper
The Dual-Pivot design realized a lightweight, compact and durable braking system. Dual-Pivot Caliper brake have made considerable progress in reduction of tolerance and deflection as well as in durability. They have achieved firm and instantaneous braking response while assuring longer service life. Moreover, the brake pads have an improved durability of 100% to help enjoy high-response braking over longer periods.
SLR-EV is brand new SLR with dual symmetric pivot brake caliper. The short-arm brake design employs two bearings and a roller to realize greater efficiency in the pivot area and deliver superior modulation and power for braking. Together with the BC-9000 brake cable, the new calipers deliver 36% more braking power than SHIMANO’s previous brake model. And we offer 2 axle symmetric brake caliper and fork mount and chain stay mount type.
